Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

I went to the Warrington Club shop at dinner and bought 3 x North Stand tickets, i asked if there were many left to which i got a resounding "no". Take what you will of that......

I suspect the North is nearly sold out.....With additional East for the last few....

What gets me if, for these big games, why dont they do Allocated Seating? I hate buying a seated ticket and then having to find seats.....also as a result you have a reduced capacity!

If it was allocated seating this game would not sell-out as an extra thousand or so would be available. It makes for a better atmosphere at both ends if everyone who wants to sing stands at the back.

No wonder the BBC are expecting a sell-out though. 1,000 sold today.

East stand 1 (1250/4112) 2862
East stand 2 (612/4110) 3498
South stand (172/5402) 5230
West stand 1 (635/2512) 1877
West stand 2 (932/2510) 1578

Total tickets sold.....14,039.......15,045
Tickets remaining......4,607....... 3601
Total seats........ 18,646

Doubt it will happen but it would be great to have a sell-out this early in the season.

If Warrington manage to sell out the North Stand AND bring additional fans to the East stand then that is one hell of an effort. Possibly the largest away support we will ever see at the DW stadium. Excellent stuff...

But you've got to ask - where were you when you were sh*t?

Actually there was one game against saints where they packed out the North stand and had about a thousand in both the East and West stands at their own end. Probably not far off 7k. Was seriously good support. They were the best team around at the time though.

Warrington do have fantastic support especially to the places close by. I'm pretty sure when Warrington get some additional capacity to play around with we will take similar numbers.

Aye nobody will beat Saints support that day. The bandwagon was huge.

Wonder how many they'll bring on Good Friday.

True, that was pretty much all of their home support at the time! Awesome support.

I think they might bring less than last season if their form doesn't pick up a little bit. If they start playing well then they should fill the stand. If we can fill our ends for this Warrington game and we continue to play well then we should fill it for the saints game as well.

Ive just realised reading this back, I rang up the ticket office today and bought 3 tickets and were told they are on the back row bang on the half way line of the East Stand. I will be there nice and early so some people will lose their seats

On-line ticket system is showing loads of available seats around the centre of the East and none towards the South end of the stand, that can't be right... can it?

The stand is displaying on the wrong side! So all the seats are really in the corners.
If you click on the left hand side of the east stand its really the right hand side and vice versa!
Could be one or 2 people dissapointed with their seats on friday! Someone better not be in my seat! :BEAT:
