I love Brian Noble Bingo. In the next 2 post game interviews i predict "looking for a response" will be a key player. After tonight it will be we are looking for a response next week and when we stuff Barrow it will be I was looking for a response and we got it, all will be well again. Saints game and a big loss with a flat performance MUST see Noble go. I only hope for him it does not transpire that way but the way Saints played tonight the signs are not good for him.
You'll be supporting Saints then , I presume?

I think a couple of decisions went against us, I'm not particularly talking about the style of what happened but the in goal touch judge at one end has knocked us one off and given them one where our players are pretty adamant that it was no where near a try, their first one.

Fair assessment of the game IMO. Pretty much how I saw it.

The man is a legend in BS. It was the officials fault etc. It's never Nob heads fault is it?

"Whilst I take responsibility for what we do, I thought we didn't kick as well as we could have, I thought we were physically dominant for most of that game and didn't quite get the just rewards. Our execution was not as good at times as it should have been, neither was our patience. They got to the end of the field and just kicked a bit better than us. We were a whole lot closer than the score suggests, I thought at 8-10 we would have gone on and won it but a couple of things went against us."
Is this the ultimate deflection?
Remove "whilst" and it sounds genuine, include "whilst" and again he seems to be diverting the blame. Or is that just me?

I've seen them bomb a quarter final, bottle a semi final, finish as league leaders, but I've still, never, seen the Wire win the league Doom and gloom, doom and gloom

think tbh this is our level now. we will be pushing for the lower end of the playoffs and people are ignoring the fact wakey, cas and hudds are not the teams they once were.
and neither are we.

That's what I've accepted too.
It's demoralizing but you have to accept reality.

It's a good job there's no relegation this year. Marginally better than Salford, Celtic would have had dispensation.
We're THAT bad!
Never mind, let's wait till September time eh Brian?
