There are no good reasons why we should take McGoldrick, despite what you think.

Yet again I remind you that we started to talk about which players we should not have got rid of. I gave about 3 examples, and you disappeared.

I think Jack you gave one Stephen Wilde and never mentioned who they should replace.

Check you posts.

Please tell us again who we should have kept, who they would replace and why?

Not all are new appointments. A lot have been at the club for months just never announced officially. I think they were waiting for everyone to be signed and then announce it as one big thing. Just a reshuffle apart from Radlinski.

Well I suppose this is something along those lines:

"Three further Wigan appointments are announced with former player Kris Radlinski taking the first step of a new career in the role of Scholarship Coach having recently gained his Coaching Qualification. Former player, Academy Coach and Assistant GB Coach, Dave Lyon , has already started his new part-time role as specialist Skills Development Coach particularly focusing on the Accelerate Squad and Keith Schmechel has started his part-time role in Performance Analysis."

Mind you why Lyon and Schmechel's roles are part time I don't know. These are the area we are lacking in.

Schmechel and Rads are the only new appointments as far as I can see. Has Unsworth got Lydon's old role or what?

If so what do people know of him? Is he any good?

Dave

Performance analysis and strength and conditiong are completely different.

Its a positive start. People are now in positions with titles and as such, the outline of the club can be seen.

Now, when people have an issue they don't have to automatically berate IL/Noble.

I don't understand why the people report to IL though, it should always be to Nobby. IL has no business being involved.

An assistant for Forshaw & Radlinski being back at the club are the most promising of the announcements.

I'm sorry, but I don't know why some of us persist with this belief. There are many MDs at companies who are happy to delegate responsibility to middle-managers while they spend all day on the golf course. But there are others who take an interest in all aspects of the company they pay the bills for. I don't see why IL being one of the latter is such a bone of contention. I'd sooner have a boss who wanted to check everything was running smoothly than one who was never around when you needed him.

 he 'loves' the club, why would he buy it and then leave it to run itself?
