If being a 'casual fan' means that you have other finacial priorities other than Wigan R.L. such as paying the electricity bills and monthly mortgage payments and have to choose carefully what you spend your money on then i guess i fall into that bracket.

With our disapointing recruitment this season i decided against a season ticket and think i have already made the right choice. I just dont think i will get value for money from going to watch Wigan every week anymore so i will be picking my games carefully and can fully understand other supporters doing the same, especially the ones with other priorities to think about in what is a harsh financial climate.

Picking and choosing my games is the future for me and i feel genuinley said to say this. Nobles recent comments about the reality of the competition have done nothing to change my mind.
