I see the e-ticketing site nows shows some extra tickets for the south and north stands, so if you were unlucky enough to buy one last week right in the bottom/top corners of these stands theres now tickets available with better views. And before the happy clappers come on defending the RFL NO you couldnt choose were to sit through the RFL e-ticketing system it was completely pot luck. Once again confirming that the RFL ARE GREATEST WINDOW LICKERS IN THE WORLD, fecking clowns each and every one of them. I wouldnt pay these numpties in washers.
This game may well sell out but this will be inspite of the RFL not because of it....

How does that work? The systems the RFL and Wigan use are both provided by Ticketmaster, so the functionality's the same.

RFL were allocated the seats in blocks SS2, SS6 and most of the North Stand that weren't taken by season ticket holders in the opening fortnight of 'exclusive' sales - RFL then sent through a list at the weekend of seats that they hadn't sold that could then be released one-by-one to be sold at the DW instead of Red Hall. In fairness, it's a pretty identical situation in terms of procedures to when the internationals have been staged at Wigan, though of course those tickets were sold to a completely different demographic than will be attending the WCC.
When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club. We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens. Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before. Shaun Wane 8/10/09

20th: Wigan The Latics don't have any fans, yet alone any famous ones.
Does waving your £20 notes at your computer lead to tickets being in your hand?
What exactly do you expect?
As I have said before I bought my batch of tickets as soon as they went on sale but there are fans I know that DONT have a credit or debit card and wish to purchase tickets by using cash only. Tell me how they would have bought ticket specifically for the seats they want when the RFL were holding those seat back at Redhall.
Either you work for thr RFL or have you had no dealings with these clowns.

So the RFL should adjust their whole system to allow for people who don't have a debit card
I know Wigan is a bit behind the times, but I thought debit cards had reached you by now.

Some people have them, but don't like to use them [the elderley for example] There should be a cash alternative for the tickets that are on sale via the RFL. How they implement such a thing, i'm not sure.
I wonder if Wigan will get as many as Leeds got in the end though?
Maybe we will have a sell out and people will be locked out (just like Manly in 87 where we had 37,000 inside the stadium and 4-5000 trying to view the game from the bridge).
