One of his last chances to win an SL trophy, plus if he isn't playing at a top club he may not be the cert for England that he is at present

On the Salford board one reply says it is HH they are interested in.
To come back again they must be offering shedloads and maybe the captaincy once Morley retires.
The MEN says they are more interested in this 2nd rower than Eastmond.
The good Doctor does have deep pockets.

If they are offering a massive wedge I'd take it In a flash. We'd miss HH but he isn't irreplaceable. We have plenty of back rowers and H has more than the average injury problems.

To see another experienced leader walk through the door would be devastating IMO. HH is a class act and a very big player for us. I don't see how anybody would see it as no big deal if he were to leave.

Can't see it either...yet.

RU weren't knocking down the door to sign Briers like the did with Harris, Robinson, Faz, KFC and Radders. However when you speak to any Warrington fans they talk like he was in the Johns bracket.

If Tony Smith had coached Briers for the majority of his career he'd have got 40 caps for GB. He got him more focussed, more disciplined, fitter and he imp proved his defence.

He was always supremely talented but needed to knuckle down. His career overall was a big success but he could have achieved far more.

Briers was quality. No doubt about that. He was a typical halfback that annoys everyone but his own fans. Goulding, Murphy, Edwards, Gregory, Tomkins etc etc etc

Hated the guy when he pulled a Wire shirt on, would have loved him to pull a Wigan one on.
