I’m with you. We need to create some cap space so the above need to go. Secondly, we need a half back and centre so for me Cust, King and Miski need to follow suit.

I read an article today the Cust has said he’s in talks to stay and wants to remain at the club. It was interesting as he said he wants to get some consistent form at 9.
I wonder if that’s the plan moving forward and if Powell is starting to be phased out a bit?

I hope not, we need to replace him with a quality NRL player.

It’s always the ones playing rubbish that are keen to stay.

Lovely bloke but gotta go for me.

I’d drop him and put Powell straight back in this week. His defence is just not good enough to defend in the middle.

Fully agree on all points. I think Peet just wanted to give everyone a bit of a shake up with Powell being dropped and fully expect that he’ll start on Sunday. I’ve no issue with that but what I do want to see going forward is O’Neill getting a bigger share of the minutes.

Agreed re O’Neill. I think it’s time he got a decent run of games as our starting 9. If he had a run of maybe 6 to 8 consecutive games with Powell spelling him, it would give the club a proper indication of where he’s at with his development. Powell has been debated to death on here and im one who’s grateful for his outstanding efforts over the years, but ready to see the club move on in that key position.

I think Tom Forber is the better back up than O’Neil, faster out of acting half and better defence.
