Got off lightly? You did amazing. Signed star player for free and had at least a player Of season year from him. And now you’ve got everyone feeling sorry for ‘poor supportive Wigan’! Bit like when you had Gareth Hock……
I think he will be seen as:
The guy who could and should have kicked us to victory in the Grand Final.
Or
The guy who should have known his kicking distance limitations and informed his captain that he should take the kick to touch instead.
Depending on which Wigan fan you talk to.

Zak is not that good a place kicker. Fine to stand in when regular kicker out, but not reliable enough as a first give place kicker , and never had this role for us or Cas. His restart kicks are awesome and a weapon though…..’

Apparently so, wishing him a full recovery.

Probably been out on the booze all night. It can happen the day after. Balls to his recovery. Little ungrateful mercenary.

It’s only rugby mate and I certainly don’t think we should feel that let down that we’re not concerned about the person.
Fingers crossed the lads ok and he’s back on the field ASAP. We can give him some friendly s*it then.

Don't think he was too concerned when he was punching a young lad in the face. He gets no sympathy from me.

Each to their own. We know he’s an idiot and having a seizure doesn’t change that but from a solely human POV I hope he’s fine. I’d never feel let down enough to not wish him well on this front but I think simply put, I’m just not bothered about his exit from the club.
