Good passer of the ball Deacon. Doesn't always have to be a killer pass that puts someone through a gap, as long as its quick and accurate then opportunities appear.

thanks for recognising it! i know it wasnt as simple as us ltting flanagan leave but i think its still a big mistake. he had ball playing ability that for me could see him become a top player.

If anybody should have had any blame attached to them for Flanagan leaving it should have been Noble i' afraid. He brought him here in the first place and must have rated him yet never gave him a shot in the first team until he truely had to. I'm not suprised the lad decided well in advance of his debut to move clubs because he couldn't sit round waiting for an injury crisis for another few years. It's not like the team was preforming that well it became impossible for guys like him to get a shot.

On a bright note Lenagan said again at the fans forum that if he comes back at any point it's more then likely going to be with Wigan. I suppose it works both ways aswell though and we'll need to have the room.

I certianly hope he does come back and if/when he does I sincerely hope it is with Wigan.

I liked Flanagan, I thought he was a very hard-worker and went well for us. IMO I think he has the potential to shine in the NRL given time and I for one hope he is patient over there because he will get his shot.

Hopefully it will go very well for him. He could be a suprise package for the Aussie people to take a look at. They all expect Burgess to shine and for Ellis to continue his good form but I bet the majority don't even know that lad is over there.

His lack of size for a forward is a worry but he has talent no doubt about it and could go well.

Much better for him than being 18th/19th man every week. I would imagine that IF Karl Pryce hits some form then Goulding will become 4th choice centre.

thats a very big if pemps watching him play in the reserves at the weekend was embarrasing. Goulding should be selected before him. Salford is probably a good thing for Goulding, he will play in the first team each week and get some experience. I rate him.

I like Goulding too but we have 2 centres who are easily better than him. I would hope that when Carmont and Gleeson leave we could replace them with an equally good centre. If Goulding is to be that man then he's going to have to improve and the only way to do that is getting SL games.

The other problem is by playing Goulding and Pryce in the reserves, they're holding back the promising centres at that level.
