personally i think ben jones bishop is more of a complete player than briscoe, be interesting to see where he fits now fullback maybe?

Judging by the rumours he'll be fitting into Chris Riley's wing spot and covering for Ratchford when he's not at fullback.

I've only seen Burgess and Manfredi when they played in the first team but I think they offer far more long term that Tom Briscoe.
Like most at Hull FC he's gone backwards this last two/three years. Whether Leeds will improve him remains to be seen.
Replacing BJB with Briscoe is an odd one.

No. Good player but not good enough imo. Doesn't have the x factor a modern full back needs and lacks either that extra yard of pace or size to make a top winger. He'll do a decent job for whoever he signs for but i think we have better options here.

Hampshire shows more at fullback now than he ever has

I've said it before and i'll say it again if it was 10 years down the line and we hadn't had a player like Sam here for a few years he would be getting lots of raps he's going to be a star in 3-4 years time
