I think Isa went off track last season, as did a few others in different ways. Looking in, it didn't seem like the players were managed or coached very well. I think the club have said this, indirectly, by stating the number of things that needed to change. In no way what so ever have th club said they want a continuation of the structures/process that Lam had, quite the opposite.
I really doubt we will see that level of silliness and frustration from Isa, nor do I hope we see the team as a whole look so clueless.
