He’s a fairly big lad with a good work ethic on and off the pitch.

He is still a pup though so lots of physical development to be had yet so who knows if he will end up a unit or not?!

Obviously he has decent genes from his old man.

Very much so it’s only scholarship, not played Academy yet so a long long way to go before we could even dare to mention first team rugby.

He’s a good prospect.

Better prospects have failed to make it, worse have gone on to be top players.

1 thing about him is his work ethic away from the pitch. The kid lives in the gym thrives on hard work and he’s tough.

Definitely been at Wigan a while. I couldn't tell you exactly how long but at least since 6 months. His Dad was in the papers saying he was being targetted in kids games over it (he wasn't). Does Keith Mason have more than one son? I know you're involved with Wakey so hesitant to doubt you, but I'm pretty sure Lukas has only been at Wigan.

My view on him as a player - hard to tell. He plays in a Siddal team who basically batter everybody most weeks, everyone looks good when it's like that. He's also developed early which can make it a challenge later on when others catch up. Super early to be talking about him in terms of the first team, doubt whether he has even played academy yet.

How old is he? He looks a big lad, certainly no need for a DNA test with that lad, the spit of Keith.

If he plays like his Dad we’ve a decent prop on our hands but right to exercise caution. There’s a long way to go yet.

He’s 2nd year scholarship so 15. It’s all gone a bit odd following on from Covid.

He plays a year up from my lad at Club level who has just completed the season as an U14. Possibly aged up.

You may be right.

Last I knew he was at Trinity but things have been very up in the air post the return to play since Covid.

Quite a few lads shifted clubs once things opened back up. Think a good few were training with their local pro team through lockdown then made the move when restrictions were lifted.
