Think a lot of the fan base are more likely to go with it being at the familiar DW and in the town of Wigan. I kind of like the idea that some people will miss out on tickets. Asking mates for any spares, maybe even touts haha. Makes it an occasion
Definitely will be an occasion:
A 22k crowd made up of mostly Wigan fans.
Saturday 8pm kickoff under the floodlights.
Probably a firework entrance.
Pre-match band to get the crowd warmed up.
Cannot wait!!

Pity the stadium has a reduced capacity as I feel we could have achieved full 25k sellout.
It is and hopefully they can maybe squeeze a few more in here and there but it’ll look great and be a fantastic occasion regardless.

Hopefully they can manually replace broken seats into one area in the stadium (and section it off) and release more tickets over the next few weeks. I suppose it depends how many broken seats there are, is it dozens or is it hundreds?

Official twitter account just announced 22,000 sold.
Taking into account the corporate allocation doubt there is more than 800 to 900 left on general sale

Feel the club have really turned it round with getting involved in the community and the attendances are showing that.
Obviously the team doing well and the Field/French effect but a lot to do with Matty Peet imo.
Leigh away last year last game of the season had a huge away following.
Good Friday sell out.
Hull KR playoff game and Warrington CC game had brilliant atmospheres and good attendances for non ticketed games.
Massive following at Old Trafford.
Season tickets up on last year.
And now the WCC will sell out 6 weeks in advance.
Well done to all involved

Maybe Danson and co will be able to fix the issue in time and we see some more tickets made available a little later.

That's what they've done
And it's hundreds not dozens
Expect capacity to be around late 23s to 24k
