It'd cost tens of thousands to have the two systems synchronized and working 'live' - any situation where the same seat is sold twice would actually be a breach of the stadium's safety certificate so it isn't something taken lightly, nor is it a case of deliberately obstructing people who want to pay cash. Fact is, the RFL employ a lot of folk for their 'events management' and quite simply can't justify handing over 25% of their events to someone else (ie Wigan/the stadium).
An example of the above by the way is to note the phone number on the poster as it is the RFL's ticket office and not the DW.
