I’d let Zak go.

If he was an incredible difference making player id want us to play hard ball. He’s on the back 9 of his career too.

But in reality he’s a good not great full back , we have a great full back in french. And hes bang average centre.

Probably expensive too. Aslong as we good get a decent out and out right centre as a replacement let him walk.

If Hull FC want Zac then on the face of it let him go. The only reason I can see for holding on to him is that the club aren't sure if French will return.
Perhaps when Bevan arrives the club will think differently about allowing Zac to leave.
Either way Zac leaving will release his salary to bring in a quality replacement.

Griffin & Carlos are our contracted centres, not sure Zak gets a gig in that position.

Unless Hull are thinking Connor to the halves, and Zak to fullback, that’s plausible.

Disagree with you here, whilst he isn’t incredible for me he’s been far and out one of the best performers for us since he signed. He’s a good centre and good FB and would be a huge loss, especially considering who we’ve also lost. An absolute must keep for this season

I’m a bit mixed on my view of his form here to date but one thing I am sure of, is that it won’t be easy getting a centre as good to replace him at such short notice. Do I think he’s ripped up trees playing centre? No, not really but he’s been decent enough and he just gives you that feeling that he could produce some absolute magic at some point because he’s done it in the past many times and in the biggest games.

It should be over to Hardaker for me now. The club has made its stance known, he’s under contract and he’s been treated really well by this club over his time here. I’d like to think there’s enough about him to act properly but just like he’s produced magic moments on the field many times in his career, he’s also let down people time and again, so him taking his ball home would be pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

But not for free. Our days of just casually rolling over to the whims of unhappy players need to be over. As a club we've been too soft.

Hull want him, Hull pays for him, it's that simple.

One of those ITK accounts on Twitter said we were even willing to not take a fee for him but Cas’ management couldn’t agree on resigning him. Could be a load of bollox but wouldn’t surprise me either.
