Saints will go pretty well next year.

Once Tomkins leaves I'd say there squad is better then ours (obviously we'll have players to come in yet though...I hope).

Amor is a very good player.

Do not underestimate how good he is.

He will go very well for Saints and may well push for international honours next year in a higher profile team.

I think it actually shows how little you know about Amor.

Some people only believe the Sky hype. Amor's stats are up there with the likes of Chris Hill - in a far poorer team he averages 112m per game at 7.8m per carry (109m @ 7.2m for Hill) and busts more tackles.

Comparing to your own Scott Taylor, who I think has been excellent this season, his average gain and tackle busts per carry are higher despite carrying the ball far more often and making more tackles in a weaker team. He misses fewer of his tackles too.

He's a top prop forward and just what Saints needed.

I believe he's a decent player don't get me wrong. Massive signing - no.

Jamie Lyon is a massive signing, it's sad that our league is so bad now that signings like that are just never going to happen again, signing a decent enough prop from Wakefield is now seen as a massive signing. Bad times.

Massive signing FOR SAINTS as he is exactly what our squad is missing.

Far too many, one of the massive problems our game faces.

He'll be a good signing for you, your pack as a whole is looking very strong. From a Wigan point of view we need Lomax and Roby to go to the NRL ASAP.

When you add Amor to their pack next season it now looks very strong and so I can understand that Saints supporters are very pleased with this.

I would of been very happy had Wigan signed him.

I also think that sometimes its the less high profile signings that can turn out to be the most important and I often find that when player's are signed from so called lesser clubs such as Wakefield then fans don't tend to get as excited about it - another good example was when Wigan signed Andy Coley from Salford.

I also don't think many fans appreciate what a good player Hopkins will be for Wigan, he may not be a big name but he will be important for Wigan.
