Surprised by the vitriol on here as, like most Wire fans, I have no issue with Wigan winning other than being surprised the margin wasn’t bigger. I half expected it looking at our bench and was happy with the resilience shown.
I will comment on the ref to say I thought Brads try came from an offside position and was surprised the VR didnt give that a closer look. Minikin decision still baffles me.
Haven’t seen a replay of the tackle that gave Vaughan a ban but on Twitter have seen the “tackle” of KPP on Clark and am amazed that wasn’t called in.
PS not many of us getting carried away with our lofty position just pleasantly surprised given last season.

It's a different story over on Twitter, where quite a few Wire fans - some of whom even admit that they're that - are complaining nonstop about last weekend's result.
Decisions go against every team in every match. Some are fair, some are unfair, some occupy a grey space in between. But there's a lot more than the odd moment of eccentricity from the ref that costs teams games.
Sorry to be blunt, but Wire lost, and their legion of support that has suddenly materialised in the RL media (because they only ever want to back 'winners') need to get over it.
