Win is a win. Slightly off topic, Leyth look bloody good these days.

I think that answered my concerns in that we weren't trampled over, but then again, they were awful.
Take the win, move on.

We were the only team that looked like scoring. Only six points conceded., it will do me.

As it goes, I couldn't make the game, but I figured before the game that it wouldn't be the worst one to miss, and so it seemed. I've seen the brief highlights, and some nice tries, and a win, in ugly conditions. Surely, all good, we move on?

Dreadfully dull affair in a poor atmosphere, as it was always going to be. But we take the comfortable win and move on.
My worry now is are we going to get a couple of bans?
Havard shoulder charge is likely to see a ban, no idea what Shorrocks was put on report for but it adds to the worry and wouldn't be surprised to see Singleton get 1 match for his tipper tackle (absolutely shouldn't be, just wouldn't be a shock).

Miski great game some good kicks from Smith , as others have said French needs to run more be a bit more direct, some lovely long passes from Smithies he has more skills than some would have you believe, what was the point of Magos first spell, Havard may get a ban for the shoulder. The Giants are lucky Wakefield lost all those early season games

Just watched the incident that got put on report and I'm struggling to decide which is the most staggering part of it- a) that it was a penalty b) that it was put on report or c) that Watson moaned about it post game.
Russell passes the ball and as he is in the motion of passing, he is tackled around the legs by Joe Shorrocks. it isn't late and is just a bog standard tackle, in which he presumably picks up a leg knock. As Shorrocks goes around the legs, Russell does run in to the upper body of Havard but that is literally all that happens, he just runs in to him and there is next to no contact.
