Expecting to go to a RL match in an inner city and only encounter RL fans?

Society has changed in the last 5 years and unfortunately there are a number of ne'er do wells within the inner ciity areas.

I would hope the perpretrators of this flag/wing mirror snapping act are not Leeds fans, however, if the car owner does not have common sense to remove their WIGAN flags when parked in an inner city area then they need to take a look at their own common sense.

Maybe remove all evidence of not being associated with a club outside of Leeds.

In a city of a million people and an average following of 20000 do you not expect that there will be undesirables within the other 880,000 that have no interestt in RL?
