Enough is enough tonight was sad no ideas no defence lockers should never be captain never said a word when they scored, hock could not wait until bedtime goal kicking rubbish no idea whats so ever god help us when we play a good team
Hock got injured early in the first half, he went off, to come back on in the second half, and got even more injured.
I used to think that having a captain in the side doesn't make a difference... Especially when Barrett was in the side, we all knew that 'he' was the captain, not O'Loughlin. Tonight though, I started thinking, we've no Barrett... Therefore, no captain. When Farrell was here, he would absolutley boll0ck the team for conceeding a try, the team were scared to disapoint him! Barrett was the same... And now he's gone, who's running the show? Like somone else said before, O'Loughlin didn't say $hit tonight... They need someone who the team looks up to, and fears to disapoint - Noble is obviously soft as $hite aswell, because they come out of that changing room and nothing seems to have been said to them.
I was speechless tonight, I didn't think we played bad, I just think that there's nothing 'about' the team anymore, no spirit and that. Shaun Ainscough had that fire about him tonight where you could tell that he wanted to perform because it was Wigan. Yeah it was his debut, but you could see that he wanted to play for Wigan, he knows what it means. If your a young lad growing up, playing rugby, all you ever wanna do is play for Wigan - Most of the team don't have that feeling, thats why he stood out tonight - Barrett knew what it meant to play for Wigan, and he was an Ozzie!

If you were asked by your boss to do something every day that you thought was wrong and saw the results to confirm this thought, would you turn up every day full of enthusiasm?

I kept the faith and I kept voting Not for the iron fist but for the helping hand For theirs is a land with a wall around it And mine is a faith in my fellow man Theirs is a land of hope and glory Mine is the green field and the factory floor Theirs are the skies all dark with bombers And mine is the peace we knew Between the wars

how does he coach tim smith how to tackle? how does he coach o'loughlin how to keep a rugby ball in play? how does he coach o'loughlin to stop giving away penalties? how does he coach o'loughlin to stop missing daft tackles?
simple as, he cant, these are schoolboy errors which players learn at under 8's! it is just poor individual play what is letting us down.
he can coach us not to keep going up the middle evrey single set of six though cant he? predictable boring rugby- not working and its losing us matches.
Thats Bull, we have the players on paper, just the totally wrong tactics.
The longer we continue with them the more harm it will do to the next coach.
Its not - our squad on paper is strongish, but there are still massive gaps in it if we want to compete - we need 2 centres, a 6 and a prop for starters.
Our tactics don't affect Goudling being a turnstyle, Carmont isn't that good in all reality, Smith & Tommy are 7's and we are a prop short.
Noble in or Noble out, we are mid table and have been for a few years.

Exactly.
We throw the ball around a bit and we start scoring tries, we stop and revert to type and it all goes pear shaped again.
