No from me as well - someone like that (even if he was at a good enough level, which he may have been three or fours years ago but not now) would have a negative effect on the club with so many young players in the team. Even if we could afford him we should be looking elsewhere.

Don't care how good he is, any player who comes in and has a negative effect on the squad simply isn't worth it

I reckon he'd join the list of players we signed because they had a habit of playing well against us but ended up being a big let down in c&w

He’s a SL quality player IMO but he’s not top of the league SL quality. I like the lad, he’s a cracking attitude and as you say he’s not had a bad game for us, nor has he been a shining light, but he just doesn’t fill what we need IMHO. He’d go well at Salford, FC, Huddersfield or Catalans.

So want to disagree with you on Feka, purely for nostalgia reasons in that when I played I tried to mirror my running style as a prop on him and playing attitude of Fielden. I can’t be over critical of either and I do like them both for that reason (I liked Fielden for more reasons that that FWIW).

Other than that I agree with you. Fifita would be a near certain addition to that list and his attitude just isn’t what we need or want at Wigan.
