The general consensus, at least on here, seems to think that way too. There will always be those who are happy with Lam has done & that's ok, but for me he's out of his depth. I think the most telling part of this is - we're top of the league and 7 from 7. If that can't mask the unhappiness and uneasiness of the fans, nothing will.
I will say however, that I'd love to see him be a coach (in the traditional sense), or an assistant to a proper head coach. That will never happen here, but I'd love to see it. If he went back to the Roosters and worked under Robinson, he'd do some great work imo.
Not everyone can be a head coach, but it doesn't mean they don't have a use. Look at Kearney as the prime example. He's back at the Storm, so they must see something in him, despite his failures at Parra and the Warriors.
