I think you can add attitude to work rate,to me he just doesn't look interested sometimes and when he came back one of the first things he came out with is that he would like to have another crack at the NRL,not what your new employer wants to hear

Im torn, he was honest and honoured his contract as Souths wanted him to stay, I think he gets a lot of unwarranted stick

Tommy has the worst kicking game from a halfback you’ll ever see. He’s been a great player for Wigan but he’s not in the same league as Marshall

Tommy can be effective with his diagonal kicking, but he never could put up a decent bomb. As for Marshall, I'd say his kicking game have improved now he older and doesn't have the pace he had as a young man.

I certainly think this damaged his relationship with the fans. I don't believe it's reasonable of them to expect at least a bit of loyalty, especially at the start of a player's contract.

Ever since than, I feel the Wigan crowd has cut him a lot less slack with regard to his infamous on-field errors.

Personally I'd like to keep Joe Burgess. We only have Marshall and Manfredi as wingers with nothing of note in the academy at this moment (although that's hard to judge at this time)
Last year we had Burgess, Tom Davies, Marshall and Manfredi.

Burgess just looks to have lost his confidence, and that's nothing that a couple of long range tries wouldn't cure.
