Moley has tweeted saying Minichello is going to knock back a massive offer from Wigan to resign with the Roosters.

Wouldn't surprise me, we were probably being uses to bump his Roosters deal up.

I'd like to think if there's no replacement Tomkins doesn't leave but let's face it, there's no chance of that.

Wane talking about Hampshire and Tierneys ability in the WEP today. I'm getting the feeling it will be one of those two stepping in to Tomkins shoes next year which is a poor move. I don't think Tierney is ready and I don't think Hampshire is a fullback or at least ready to be a first team fullback just yet.

With the stature of all the 'outs' compared to the 'ins' these past couple of years we must be massively under the salary cap yet it doesn't seem like we'll be spending much of it anytime soon.

On the positive side we've still got a great chance to win silverware this year. We better take it I feel as it will be our last chance for a while.

If anyone doubts this I invite you to watch the Eels match today. I'd be happy to add Catalans, St Helens, both Hull teams - maybe Wakefield and Bradford on that list too. And if it wasn't a case of money I'd guess a couple more on top of that.

Just hope that game put an end to the Sarginson rumours, hope he never pulls a Wigan jersey on, he is a complete turnstile and hopeless defensive liability, reading the London forums they'd be glad to get rid of him!

I still think the FB replacement should be Charnley. He's skilful, fast, has quick feet, can tackle and is safer than Sam under the high ball.

Defensively he'd be great, just need to learn the the ins and outs of the position, currently he's restricted to one side of the pitch, with his skills he'd be a massive threat attacking on both sides as a link up player,

It's just his link up play I'd worry about from fullback but there's no doubt him getting his hands on the ball more would be beneficial.

I've always wanted us to try him at centre.
