There is substance in terms of the player going public about Wigans offer.

If he can have anything like the impact that Brett Hodgson had when he came to SL then it would not be a bad move.

Supposedly talks, Moley on Twitter who always gets it right, claims talks are ongoing.

Justin Carney, with controlled aggression he's devastating, reminds me of Inga with his build and power. Love to see him transformed into a powerful speedy centre like Inga.

Worth a look at.

Westwood
Higham on current form (they have a serious problem with hookers at the moment)

The NRL isn't that good, they'd all get pretty regular games imo.

Of course those lads could play in the NRL. They may not be stand outs but they would get a regular game.

Each team isn't filled with 17 superstars, far from it.

Why not? If Super League's better players couldn't handle it in the NRL, we wouldn't be worrying about a player drain now they have such a high salary cap, English teams would never win the World Club Challenge and the national team would never get within 30 of Australia, never mind beat them once in a while. Super League is behind the NRL, but it's only really the teams outside the 'big 5' that are keeping it behind, at least for now. I suspect the gap will increase as players like the ones you mention go to the NRL and Super League becomes filled with under 23s and over 30s, systematically stripped of the most talented players it produces

Take the first choice teams of

Wigan
Wire
Leeds
Huddersfield

put those in the NRL and i'd bet you any money none of them would finish at the bottom.

Now why don't the RFL do that - put those teams in the NRL. I wouldn't mind an away trip to Sydney!
