Sam Tomkins and Jack Reed seem very matey when I've seen interviews with them and when either scores a try during a game. I seen Ben Westwood interviewing Reed on YouTube with Sam and Micky Mac by his side all calling him Sean Gleeson and asking how 'there Martin' was getting on!

Doubt there's the smallest chance of getting him but in the long term it can't help to have a couple of Wiganers in his ear.

Can't be. All the players of every other team hate Sam, him and Joel formed their own private clique last time.

Just saw a rumour on Twitter that Wigan have signed a current SL centre. Like I said, it's only off Twitter so take it with a truck-load of salt!

I think the fact that Hull signed Tony Martin shows there isn't any decent ones available.

If it's true, we must be paying a fee, in which case I'm guessing at Joe Arundel.

If we were prepared to give Gareth Thomas a 'proper' playing contract (which I doubt it was as I think it had a lot more to it) then I wouldn't be suprised to see us move for Keith Senior!

I'm going to get slaughtered for this I know but if Wigan say they had the cash spare to give to Gareth Thomas who will be 38 next July...then wouldn't giving it to Keith Senior for a year as another centre option be better value for money?
