Mathers is a much better defender than Tim Smith. Thats how bad he is. Tim Smith could not tackle to safe his life and defenitley the worst ive seen in a Wigan Shirt.

Thanks for the opinions, I knew his defence wasn't great, but to be honest we are more in need of a halfback who can kick, pass and organise, as we dont (and havne't since Cooke) got someone who can do this.

I do worry about his off the field behaviour, we seem to get rid of one and then sign another, Long hopefully wont be here next year though.

Again not about Gleeson would really improve our team, but too much baggae maybe?

RFL confirms Gareth Hock clear to return to training with Wigan - but remains ineligible to play until June 23.
