Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions
Last 5 games one win against Wakefield. That is bottom of the shoite pile. Get a grip and get the ale in soft lad. GF????????? If Catalan weren't so suicidal We wouldn't be anywhere near the top 4. I think you also said we win win LLS?.... Keep smoking and take care of your mam.
This may come as a shock to you but we're 2nd in SL.
Why are you so arsed, you don't go the game anyway. You know what they say about empty vessels
Seems a bit odd calling for a coach to be sacked when you are going to make the top 4. However, I'm so glad I don't have to watch that style of rugby every week. Once our forward pack refused to be bullied, there seemed to be no 'plan B' from Wigan. Hope Manfredi is okay, he looked to have his knee in a brace. Seemed to be a fair shot from Rangi, wonder if Manfredi's knee buckled just before Rangi hit him, I was surprised how far he was knocked back. Someone needs to tell Sam Tomkins his constant petulance towards referees is probably costing his team penalties. He seemed to be more interested in stropping around and complaining about every decision rather than playing the game. Sensibly, it looked like you changed your on-field captain once he looked like spending 10 minutes having a rest. He's always seem to struggle playing at Cas, he can't seem to cope with the pressure he is put under by the Castleford fans. Credit to Ben Flower after the game, he was the only Wigan player to spend time signing autographs and having photos with the fans at the front of the main stand.
Well,I was there, and as I was stopping overnight in the pub opposite, I felt like the only gay in the village in the beer garden after the game!
I'm not an of watching games from behind the goals (although as ever the camaraderie of the Wigan fans was nice), but my initial thoughts were
a). The score flattered us, Cas were much the better side. They looked sharper and faster in every department.
b) For all the hype and complaints about low standards, Sam Tomkin's doesn't even look the best full-back in SL. Not by a distance.
C). People are blaming Wane, and I don't necessarily disagree, but perhaps the question should be, just how good is our squad, man for man, compared to the rest? Not that good, in my view. Probably about on a level with Saints but well below Hull, Catalans, Wire, and, yes, Cas.

aboveusonlypie... If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.

The Wane critics have been the same, and the same people since he was put in post... In-fact one of them threw a spammy when Maguire was given the job, describing him as an "untried rookie"... I'm certainly not saying all is perfect, but if you look for any chink of light here, the doom mongers have a field day.. ...

Wrong in many ways.
Performances this season is shocking were going backwards. Beat a poor Wakey side and continually are clueless in attack. You happy only Leeds scored less than us in the first rounds of SL before the split.
Wrong I was not calling or complaining about Wane until mid part last season when its obvious the attack was struggling. There are a lot more critics of Wane now than there was start of tis season hiding behind ohhh its the same ones shows how little you really know of how bad we are.
Question for you if we do not win the GF after the crap we have seen this last 18 months should Wane keep his job?

Perhaps i should have started with "Most of the Wane critics"....
I don't give a toss where anybody else finishes...
Thanks for telling me how to think, but if you don't mind, i'll come to my own conclusions. Just because i'm positive, does not mean i am totally deluded, i just happen to be positive.
Think you been bit harsh on you coach on last night match first it was an excellent match both teams played well we was just bit more clinical and hungry but I do think coach needs let the shackles of the team Wigan when I seen them this year you played best rugby when chasing the game and they look very good team and on last nights win for us this is our strongest team we managed to put on pitch all year.

In answer to your question, no.
PS, take care of your blood pressure..
Positive people tend to miss out on what is happening around them. rather be a realist.
