I'd say if he's found guilty it means he'll defo be staying at Cas. His current contract as a year to run which I'd imagine his current visa also has a year to run.
Also if found guilty and wanted to move to another super league means he's got to apply for a new visa which if guilty will be refused leaving him only able to go back home, stay as Cas or maybe go to Catalan.
No nrl side will pay transfer fee which Cas will Want, I doubt catalan will pay a fee, so I'd guess he'll still be Cas player next year.
