An individual choosing who to work for is down to their own personal choice and their own personal reasons for doing so. Nothing to do with sport or business.

Now if you're talking about a club deciding on whether to offer someone a higher wage vs a business doing so then no you can't compare them. One works to a salary cap and one doesn't.

Neither of those have anything to do with how either entity manages ill discipline though.

To be fair to him, that's not what he said. He said he was the best defensive fullback in the comp and to be honest he could well be.

Back on the game itself. It's utterly crucial that we have a good first 20 mins until the likes of Havard and Mago come off the bench. Discipline has to be bang on too. The fear of an Isa going hunting fills me with dread. Tommy Leauluai is the benchmark of how to control aggression. (watch him get sent off now)

I believe Bevan will cause havoc as he owes them one and all eyes will be on Jai so Bevan will roam the back line as alluded to before.
Just need to hold them for 20mins (easier said than done) then it will become really interesting too see wwho will crack first and the the response.
