Do any of you think Leuluai will really make a good hooker?

I know that he played there for NZ in the World Cup final, but they looked a far better side when Luke came on and he wasn't on the pitch.

He goes better for us at 9 than 7 irrespective of the Kiwis' WC performances.

Possibly but that isn't the issue. We have a pressing need for an effective 9 with Riddell fat/unfit/hurt whatever and McIllorum banned. Playing TL at 9 is the best option for the team.

At times you played Roby at 13 to best suit your requirements - or was it a damning indictment of him as a 9?
