Yet on the other hand, when we hear that IL has spoken to Noble about the lack of young talent being selected, some people on here complain that he shouldn't be interfering in team matters.

Seems like a no-win position to me.

I didnt like the quote from either IL or BN saying we have lost 3 games out of 27 the facts are we have played 3 and lost 3 if we had only lost 3 games outa 27 im pretty certain we would finish top of the pile.

Other people can say what about Noble and the current Wigan team but imo this lazy attitude of oh well the comp is only won in Oct is a major concern for me.

There should be no room for failure at Wigan but for some reason they seem to have rationalised it in there own minds that it's ok.

To be honest it's insulting to the fans who turn up every week and pay what they do. If these games aren't as important as the ones later on in the season why not charge friendly prices as that what they seem to be considered as by BN and IL/

Hope he's not going to do a "Portsmouth" where the directors sold their four best players against the warnings of the coach. Then when they sold them and couldn't win a game the same directors who caused the damage then sacked the coach.

If you're going to have Brian Noble as coach then you have to give him his type of team. Noble has proved five years on the bounce that he can get his team to a Grand Final. It has to be his team, not the Chairman's team.
Then of course there were C Cup wins and World Cup Challenge victories.
Brian Noble can win trophies and repeatedly.
IL must recognise this and provide him with the players he wants to win us silverware.

others have been here before Lenegan and have contracts.

as i have stated before there where many things wrong with our club ( on and off the pitch) before Lenegan took over and sadly its taking time to correct.

That is no excuse for the fact that our performances are worsening every season. Why are we so boring to watch, win or lose?
