Sorry Dave but they can and do; a coach should encourage his players to question and suggest but the respect comes in when the coach makes the decision, the player abides by it.

If Noble has lost the dressing room then he's living on borrowed time imo. We don't have enough good players to scrape us a few wins together whilst playing badly like may have happened in the past.

In 2002 we had a poor start by our standards and wasn't playing well at all going into the challenge cup semi against Cas but the individuals like Faz, Newton and Lam saw us through and went on to lift the trophy.

Nothing like that will happen with this group so they must pull together as a 'team'.

Time for a change..i have backed Nobby but if the dressing room is not a happy place..changes are needed

They do, see Wayne Rooney, Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand for details. Fergie loves it, it shows him the passion and desire is there.
