Warrington on TV : Sat Feb 21, 2009 6:29 pm
Anyone watching the game on TV now? I know its a case of crying over spilt milk, but why oh why did we get rid of Micky Higham?

So we could bring in “world class” Piggy, but for my money MM totally out played him last night, looked a lot better when he was on the pitch. Always was a fan of Higham but he got a lot of stick on here, but we seem to moan at anything.

McIlorum did have a good game last night, i agree... so why, just cos it was 60 minutes on the clock, did Nobby take him off.. drives me mad! So predictable.

It's sad to say that Stevo is probably right when he says Higham will be the buy of the season

Mickey was amazing for us after the signing of Riddell and has so far proved that we were wrong to let him go :(

I was thinking the same thing. He's having a cracker of a game.

We missed out on Danny Buderus (sp) at Leeds as well, makes you sick.

But I'll give it more than just three games to pass too much judgement on Piggy but early signs aren't good and I just don't see a quality player in him. He looks really unfit. Like a pub player.

Higham is only good when he is looking for a contract. Hasn't impressed me much tonight.

Agreed - my comment re Higham aren't to do with Piggy, I dont feel we can judge him on 3 games when the whole team aren't performing.

My comment is completely to do with Higham last week and this week. Awesome

Give him another few week and he will back to his mediocre self, Millard was the better of the 2, he won't be missed long term once piggy has found his feet :!:
