Any advice on sizing for the new home kit?

My partner had a medium women’s kit last year, which fit well but was a bit long.
Is this equivalent to size 14 on the new ones?

I want to personalise it for Christmas so don’t want to get the wrong size, and dont have time to get to the shop.
