Watching Wimbledon today and noticed that Sally Bolton was chief exec there. Sally worked at Wigan RL and was mentored by Maurice Lindsay. She then worked for the RFL but was let go after the World Cup what a mistake BUT a great testament to the visionary that was Mo Lindsay R.I.P.

I heard them giving her a bit of heat on talk sport the other day. Something about the timings of when games on the outer courts take place. Not got a clue about the inner workings of Wimbledon but she did a superb job on that 2013 World Cup and it was a shame did wasn’t involved with the one last year.
