Just look at the pitch at halifax now, but look at the state burnley fc pitch looked last week with just football being played there

I know, but people keep saying it as if it's a possibility. It isn't.

I'm perhaps no-one to talk. I've bought into the football 'threat' in the past. But even I now think we should put this tired old cart-horse to bed.
