Macani stood looking at the back of his opposition winger as he touches it down again, wonder how many time we will see that this season, sorry I know he is a live wire in attack but is a liability in defence.

Meadows isn’t pulling up trees on some of his tackling but has had a decent enough game. Heavy old pitch bit worried about whether a few may be carrying pulls etc.

I know I'm biased. (And I know you don't like this kind of comment NB.) But I thought Saints were endlessly offside in defence in the first half and didn't get pulled once. But as I've said, I'm biased and have been drinking; I may well be wrong!
