I suggest checking Donacaster’s Twitter feed next week or our social media week beginning 3 April.

Maybe Doncaster will host if the rules permit.

I wondered if it would be played at Donny. I think they groundshare with the football club, who have a home game on the Saturday

In the FA Cup, there have been many instances of clubs agreeing to swap home advantage to maximise revenue for both clubs - in that comp, gate receipts are split 50:50 regardless of how big the two clubs' fanbases are. Not sure how it works in the C-Cup. Sure Donny would accept anyway.

Rosslyn Park...

This from Doncaster website

The Dons’ Betfred Challenge Cup fourth round tie against Betfred Championship side London Broncos will take place on Saturday April 1, kick-off 3pm.

The game will be played at Rosslyn Park Rugby Club, due to the Broncos’ usual venue being used for other events that weekend.

Richard Horne’s side will be looking to make it six wins from six in all competitions, having beaten fellow League One sides Oldham and Workington in the cup so far.

Tickets will be priced at £10 for adults, and U16s go free. They will be available from 10am on Wednesday March 21 and you can get yours by CLICKING HERE.

Rosslyn Park on 1st April it is then. Haven't been myself, so not sure what sort of crowd size it can support

I think there is a train strike,so I don't think much of a crowd?

Is there parking. Normally we would get train from Egham to Barnes but if there is a strike might have to drive

I wouldn't think more than a couple of thousand, but more than enough for the 2 men & a dog.

Rosslyn Park is a pleasantly ramshackle ground, more than capable of hosting the sort of crowd this will attract.

As with many union sides back then, the main focus was the social facilities not huge stands. Unless there has been a new stand since I went, there isn't a huge amount of seating, anyone who must sit may want to factor that into their arrival time.

Sorry can't remember the parking situation.

I think Danny Ward is still employed there, wonder if he'll turn up.

They could do worse than ask him to play!
