Sitiveni Moceidreke has been referred to tribunal for ‘unacceptable language’ with Grade F charges during the Championship clash against Sheffield Eagles on July 3.

The details of the charges read: “Verbal abuse based on race, colour, religion, gender, sexual preference, disability, national or ethnic origin or any other form of unacceptable behaviour or language.”

Dixon up on the same charge for an offence during his loan spell as Rochdale.......both could face lengthy bans.

What a load of catch-all, cover-ass, pseudo legalese.

Colour: "You're not a real Bronco or you'd be playing in black! " - 7 games.

Gender: The different genders don't play with one another (not on the field anyway - at least not yet ). Yes a male player should be hauled up if he abuses a female physio / crowd member based on gender.

Disability: As above.

Any other form of unacceptable behaviour or language...as deemed by this panel.....as dictated to them by the vociferous minority of society.

It is to be supposed that, "Gerroff me, you fat barstad", is doubly unacceptable. "Fat" could maybe be covered by the disability clause. "Barstad" - calls into question the legitimacy of an opponent's birth. No big deal nowadays but probably covered by "any other."

If you are tough enough to play this game, you are tough enough to be called "specky four eyes"!
