Does anyone know if all the other Championship coaches are part time? I can’t see John Kear working in B&Q of a Wednesday but maybe that is how it is.
It seems to me that recruiting a PT coach for Bronxos is very difficult. We rely on either a London based coach of the right quality- difficult to identify candidates, a Northern based coach who can fit around his Northern based job trips to London or an Aussie, probably young, who wants to build a rep. The latter seems the most obvious but we’d have to be a club that enhanced his reputation and he’d be likely to only stay a short time which is not good for building a team. If our Coach was full time then the number and quality of candidates goes up. I always thought teams like Fev and Halifax etc were hybrid teams -anyone know?
