Wait until you see the clubs projected attendances for Wimbledon to be something like a success. It's astonishing, even without the recent announcements.

2,000 would be my guess. £500,000 with another £100,000 on residuals like hospo, % of beer/food and merchandise.....they are dreaming. And Wimbledon fans will turn out in the same numbers as Charlton, quins, Brentford, Barnet and trailfinders fans....maybe a double header will fluff the figures in year one 8)
I'd hazard a guess that 2012 was the last time that level of income was achieved from fans......and we were a SL club (in name anyway) with a fair number of away fans.
Part time & Academy players getting flogged isn't going to cut it.....this is Hughes final act in his 15 year demolition of a club that had 8k at one game when he took over and fewer than that in a whole season in 2018.....

....Rammo and the rest of the cheerleaders across social media remind me of the orchestra playing abide with me as the titanic went down....stoic stuff upper lip insanity
If their target is close to or even above my guestimate, someone should call th serious fraud office.....Hughes is being mugged again.

A realistic but challenging target would be to get back to where we appeared to be in the truncated 2020 season I.e. about 800. That’s a 60% + upturn on where we are now so that would be a good start as part of a 3 season plan to get the team where they think it should be. However it would require a Load of work and lateral thinking as others have said and a losing team is just not a draw so.....I don’t think it’s doable. Sigh.

Wigan took on Sarginson and he couldn’t tackle to save his life when he was younger ( and with us)

Agreed. Natural talent was there, the bits that needed work were dealt with by Wigan....
the issue is we have hundreds if not more of naturally talented kids, but without the RFL getting involved, it's unfair for doddery dave to foot the bill and then the likes of Wigan swoop down and take the cream at no cost

Not only cream them off at no cost. They then claim to have produced them through their own system.
