I don't see many of these No 1 fans, saying everything is OK! We see instead constant whining! and little talk about the players and the game. Everything is not right, if it was, we would not be playing where we are at present still.
Still don't see anyone clambering to take over the club, with buckets full of money to throw away! that is why so many clubs are in the same position, and it is going to go worse! with the reduction in Sky money to the lower leagues.
Buy meanwhile we must keep backing the players, especially young ones coming through, hope no young players ever find out about this forum, they would be permanently damaged.
We have to keep supporting the club to the best each one of us can! if we are interested in Keeping Rugby League with the London Broncos, and hopefully once again Super League back in The Capital.
Might be an easier sell if the club hadn't driven away thousands of supporters over the years. Stands to reason that a club averaging 4,000 would be much more attractive than one averaging 300.

There may be more to support the club if the monkey on peoples back didn't indicate they were no longer welcome and encourage them to stay away.

The No1 fans are the small gang that sit just outside the bar to the left as you look from the dugouts. They have achieved what they wanted which is to be heard (by the Monkey) and become in their eyes important to the detriment of the club. Helping Monkey man on match days selling programmes(when we had them).......... Of course you won't hear them they have what they want. Like the left with Corbyn, they created a niche alienated the public that eventually killed the party off. Sound familiar.
You are quite right WQ, That little clique who are in monkeys pocket. They like a drink that lot. They never did anything for the club prior to monkeys arrival.

Point of order. Hughes has had absolute control of the club since 2007. In 15 seasons he's decimated the club, making it less attractive with each decision.
As for the "keep supporting" stance. Why would you want to continue to support a club that has gone out of it's way to alienate it's fans?
I can understand fans getting upset 20 years ago with people posting negative warnings about what was going to happen, but Christ, I'd never have expected them to still be getting upset when predictions from 2 decades ago come to fruition.
Hughes has killed the club. No romantic ideal about without him etc......he's completely butchered it and people need to stop being so polite about it.

Not a clue who the so-called monkey is? and I'm not interested, all I want to see and always wanted to see is Rugby League succeed in Our Capital, I'm not interested in the least in politics of them and us! We should all be United!
I go to a match to enjoy the rugby and have a good day out, clique? not a clue what your talking about, I only know 2 other supporters at the club!

That's your opinion! do what are you doing here still? If I was liking to leave a top club like Saints, over Principal, all those years back and not have one Regret! I'm not interested in the club I was brought up on, did so much for, can't stomach to even watch them now!.

Do you seriously expect to get 4,000 in the championship? and to a ground that's not even division 2 standard, never liked it, never will, seasons at Charlton Athletic & The Stoop I never missed a home or away game in the country, a 500 mile round trip for home games, even night games,
The only way we will attract larger attendances is in Super League and a ground people feel at home in, people want modern facilities these days, have family tickets, at a good price, get them into feeling a part of the club, at Fulham it felt like that!

You don't need to know who Monkey is just look at the dwindling crowd and think ah Monkey.
