There aren't any scrums to re-position, so I think the impact will be limited.

I really cannot get my head around why they have been removed - the players may as well not bother leaving the house if they are concerned about a scrum. Even RU have retained them.

But scrums will be re introduced sometime in the season.
And restart from ball going into touch is chosen by the team restarting play

Decision on scrums was by the powers that be and based on presented safety case. Might have been at higher level, but actyally we agree on this i dont see why they were removed
Still used in NRL still used in french rugby, so dont see the logic.
