To an extent I would say yes as tackles are lower than in the past, but it will probably take a couple of seasons to see the benefit. Mind you with the constant changes in rules, its a wonder anyone knows what they can or cannot do in Union.

Personally I like to see appropriate red cards as always better for the team sinned against to get an advantage rather than say "go on report" in League or "cited" in Union where other teams get the benefit of suspensions. Football is pretty good at playing a man down, not sure Rugby has worked that out yet.

stand corrected, his hand was wrapped round far side of his neck forearm across the neck, still not a swinging arm.
More I look erring on careless rather than malicious.
Kasiano last try, got an arm across back of head why no 8 point try?
A red for percival would have been harsh though.
Just my opinion.
Reaction of players says a lot as well
