Glad to see you are alive & on first name terms with the Broncos menagerie.
The wording/tone of his post strikes me as pointing towards "bad news".
Firstly, I sincerely hope Mr Hughes is in rude health. I'd be the first to agree that I've not been complimentary as to his management prowess or severe lack of it over the years, but that is purely on a "disgruntled fan v crap owner" basis. His health and happiness are not the targets of my ire.
Secondly, I'm not sure what else J&J could add that will in any way smooth the waters.
A/ If it is that we have been selected for either SL1 or SL2 and are therefore in a "treading water" scenario, both playing for nothing in 2022 before being granted a place in the 'BRAVE NEW DAWN" and the deluge of abuse we'd get from pit village central would hardly have 'em queueing down the length of Plough Lane to watch us. That said, I reckon we could get some "jingoistic" mileage out of the us v them norvuners malarky.....
B/ If it is that DH has agreed a time line before he pulls his funding, then it better be accompanied by the news that they're seriously not going to continue with the move to Plough Lane. 200k on a pitch is too insane to consider when it could be a fraction of that in Richmond and have more spent on the team
I am at a loss to figure out what else would warrant yet another release after the RFL/SL have shafted the game south of Widnes and Hughes has yet again spat his dummy out due to HIS team not performing as well as he wanted.
BTW....I seem to recall referring to the move to both Barnet and Trailfiners as being BRAVE NEW DAWNS.....what is it that Einstein used to say about repetition and insanity? Maybe me and Mr Hughes have more in common than we think
