Ramon Silva named in the machday squad, good to see. Plays with real energy and intent and offers us a bit of a point of difference in the forwards. Has caught the eye in the games he has played for us.

The game has been tinpot for years BT as well you know. The more the RFL promote from within, the more tinpot they become. Onwards & backwards should be the motto of both the RFL & Broncos perhaps?

Sadly very accurate. Every time I go on the BBC website and see it pushing Women’s football, I think how sad it is that RL haven’t managed to get any real exposure. Not the only decent sport either being rapidly crowded out.

You're not wrong BT, Cricket has reinvented itself with T20 franchise comps & now the hundred to bring in sponsors, tv coverage & crowds although you could argue the shorter version of the game has been over 50 years in the coming having watched 40ov games on BBC2 Cavaliers v County teams in the mid 60s.

RL needs to reinvent itself too but I'm not holding my breath as too many owners just live & breath self interest.
