TBH his comment at the end sounded pretty tongue in cheek to me, sounded more like he was fed up of constantly being asked about the England thing than anything else, I wouldn't read too much into it.

I thought it was tongue in cheek too.....but we never got to hear the rest of his comment.

If macnamara insists on playing sinfield whatever the cost then he deserves everything he gets. Oh well there's always next World Cup.

And quite correctly too.....Brough is too good NOT to be in the World cup - if Mcnamara cant put what must be a personal grudge aside for the better of the national side then he should leave his post.
