Giants fans could carry it on through the rest of the matches. Meast will know, been done at Hillsborough a few times such as on the 19th minute for Caroline Lucas this season just gone

The 17th minute of every game over the weekend is doing the rounds on Twitter and hopefully it will catch on.

That's very good to know. The family of Rugby League coming together as we did with Danny Jones. Another reason I love our game.

Tragic news indeed. Stark reminder of what the lads put their bodies through for a living, or even just the chance to do it for a living. I like the 17th minute idea. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but what actually happened to the poor lad?

What terrible news--so, so sad!

Our sincere condolences and prayers go out to all his family, close friends, team-mates and colleagues at the Giants during this distressing period.
Not forgetting his young opponents who similarly must be really shaken by the tragic events.
You all have our deepest sympathy!
