Why would anyone want the Super league clubs to break away from the RFL when we have a bunch of Whippet breading ,Pigeon fanciers doing such a great job. 100 years plus and we are further back than when we started, There have probably been more clubs started and failed than are playing the game now, We have a great record for failure to take the sport forward, Just about every other Sport is going Forward while we whinge about how everybody is against us and it's not fair.
Union has gone further since they became openly Pro a few years than League has since we have existed. The reason for that is because they know which palms to grease, which people to put in places of influence on the right Newspapers, At Red hall their greatest worry is ensuring they are OK.
But there we are, A guy comes along who has put millions into the game, comes out with a few radical ideas and we slate him for being a clown and a upstart. The Dr Didn't get to be a multi-millionaire without a bit of nouse, but hey we put in a couple of hundred a year each and we know exactly what is best for the game, Keep funding the lower leagues and providing the Gravy for Red hall, It's a tried and trusted System, look how the games forging ahead.
